How module billing works

- 3Confirm every module separately; it is never added automatically.
A monthly add-on requires a monthly paid base plan. Annual purchasing is not live yet; after the ERP billing update is deployed, an annual add-on will require an annual paid base plan and be co-termed with its renewal. Every add-on requires separate confirmation and cannot remain active without the base plan. Cancelling the base cancels all active add-ons at the end of the current provider billing period. Free plans cannot purchase paid modules. Paid base-plan upgrades are charged immediately on a prorated basis while keeping the existing billing cycle.

Add-ons must match the paid base-plan interval and are cancelled with it at the end of the current provider billing period. On-premise deployments and custom modules are quoted separately.
